VSR SERIES Double-layer Jacket Stainless Steel Reactors

VSR Series Double-layer jacket stainless steel reactors is designed with double-layer stainless steel. The inner layer can be filled with reaction solvent for stirring reaction, and the interlayer can be passed through Different cold and hot sources (refrigeration liquid, hot water or hot oil) are used for cyclic heating or cooling reaction.

In the jacket stainless steel reactors, the reaction can be stirred at normal pressure or negative pressure according to the use requirements, and the reaction solution can be refluxed.

It is an ideal pilot and production equipment for modern fine chemical plants, biopharmaceuticals and new material synthesis.

• The interlayer interface can be circulated with hot oil for heating reaction, and can be reacted at low temperature by passing freezing liquid.
• It can react at room temperature, and the reaction heat can be quickly taken away by passing tap water.
• The discharge port uses a stainless steel ball valve, there is no dead angle in the container, and it can be disassembled to facilitate the discharge of solid materials.
• Eight-port reactor cover, extra-large port design for easy cleaning, standard port socket can be optionally assembled with reflux and distillation synthesis devices.
