Drying process control:
Vacuum drying process control provides a programmable vacuum cycle that can be further reduced by simply setting the highest and lowest vacuum values according to your requirements. Cyclic program control function:
User-friendly operation interface and programming program save customer time and ensure reliable heating or drying process. It can be programmed directly in the operation interface. It can preset 7 groups of 63-step programmable, each set time 1-99 hours 59 minutes. , can be preset boot and shutdown time.
Vacuum control:
The vacuum drying oven uses digital technology to control the vacuum. The vacuum is automatically controlled by a digital vacuum gauge to provide you with more accurate and effective vacuum control. Through the panel, it is convenient to control the degree of vacuum between any two points or areas within the range of 10~10 5 Pa (lowest to 133 Pa vacuum) with a control accuracy of ±1%. The vacuum gauge uses a resistive silicon tube pressure sensor to ensure a stable pressure value, independent of the air flow, and to pass a stable pressure value to the vacuum gauge LED display.
Temperature control advantages:
