Applications:

Steam heating is required in the process production of pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises to achieve process heat preservation or hot water circulation heating of the process. In order to meet the needs of our customers, according to our many years of production experience, we have designed a hot water temperature control device that uses steam as a heat source and normal temperature water as a water source.

Technical Parameters:

1. Heat medium: saturated water vapor pressure: 0.5MPa and above, temperature: 158.8°C and above
2. Hot water control temperature RT+10°C~135°C
3. Circulating and heating the process water by using a steam and water mixing heat exchanger using steam;
4. The steam has low noise, no vibration and high thermal efficiency in the heat exchange process;
5, steam and water hybrid heat exchanger service life of more than 15 years, to do it once and for all;
6, the process hot water temperature is constant, no manual duty, fully automatic control.
