APPLICATION OF FOOD LYOPHILIZER
- Pharmaceutical industry: freeze-drying technology can be used for the dehydration and preservation of Traditional and Western medicines such as serum, plasma, vaccines, enzymes, antibiotics, hormones, etc.
- Food industry: vacuum freeze-drying technology is mainly used in the food industry to dry coffee, vegetable leaves, fruit juice, strawberries, whole shrimp, meat, special vegetables, etc., which can keep the color, aroma, taste, shape and nutritional components of the food unchanged. It is convenient for long-term storage and transportation, and is very suitable for the production of convenient nutritious food.
- Nutrition and health care: Vacuum freeze-drying technology can also be used to dry royal jelly, pearl powder, ginseng, tortoise powder, black ant powder, snake powder, etc. It can preserve its nutrients and active ingredients for a long time, ensuring the natural nature of nutritional health care products.

Drying chamber/Shelf
- Mirror polished without dead edge; surface roughness≤0.5um
- Chamber, shelf and hose are tested with multiple processes to ensure no leakage
- Rotate lock design, easy to open (optional automatic hydraulic lock)
- PLC control shelf heating and cooling, temperature control accuracy≤±1°C.
- Shelf heating method: constant heating / stage heating
Cold trap
- SUS304/316L made
- Various type optional, flexible layouts according to actual requirements
- Argon arc welding, forming in one step to ensure no leakage and clean
Vacuum system
- Combine preliminary vacuum unit and maintain vacuum unit together; each unit can be used alone, could improve system stability and durability;
- Design with multi-stage roots vacuum pump, improve pumping rate, final vacuum≤1Pa
Refrigeration system
- High quality compressor units, calculate the refrigeration capacity accurately Piston/ screw compressor optional to meet different refrigeration needs
- System has multiple protection functions: high/low voltage protection, oil pressure differential protection etc. to ensure stability.
- Series / parallel compressor unit optional, refrigeration capacity can be adjusted to save energy
- Refrigerant meet International environmental standard requirement
Circulation system
- Electric heating /steam heating optional
- Indirect heating method, use circulating pump and heat exchanger to heat the shelf evenly
- Use high stability heat medium to meet customer’s temperature requirements
Control system

- Friendly HMI, detailed displaying machine working state
