Overview of use:
This product is suitable for heat treatment under vacuum conditions such as defoaming, dehydration, hardening and drying after cleaning. It is widely used in vacuum drying of lithium ion batteries, LED photoelectric components, crystal oscillators and other electronic products. It can simultaneously meet the experimental comparison under different test conditions, saving users the test time and improving efficiency.

Features:
- The studio is made of stainless steel plate to ensure the durability of the product. The outer box can be equipped with all stainless steel SUS304 material for easy cleaning.
- Rectangular vacuum chamber maximizes the effective volume and makes full use of space.
- The elastic double-layer tempered glass door observes the objects in the working room at a glance.
- The door is closed tightly and adjustable, and the integrated molded silicone rubber door seal ring ensures high vacuum inside the box.
- Add over-temperature protection temperature control port to effectively prevent safety problems such as temperature loss control. (optional)
- Each layer of the cabinet can be independently heated, independently vacuumed, and independently injected with nitrogen, without interference.
- Low noise imported vacuum pump, vacuum control is stable and reliable. (With “B” for imported vacuum pump)
- Additional partitions can be configured (optional)
- Can be equipped with LED lighting (optional)
- Program control (optional)
- Program control operation, which can set heating, vacuum holding and nitrogen holding time according to process requirements, ensuring consistency of baking in each batch and minimizing baking difference of products.
